Missed one!

I missed one - once again, big bro hangs little bro on his locker by his undies...

Over/Under on Chase Utley's HR. Line was set at 12.5, and Utley came in at 11. One more, and Donny will be able to feed all of Avi's children....well, until 2.3 years from now...

UPDATES UPDATES!

OK...it's been a while, but it's time to tally up the
totals from 2011. The following bets have been won (or lost), and must be paid up soon!

Derek Jeter batting average in
2011 - .298. Matt takes the under, Shmu tak
es the over.
- Matt JUST pulls out the victory, even if Captain Second Half makes a run at .300, but fails, finishing the year at .297. Double or nothing, my friend?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Orioles Wins in 2011 - 72.5 - Matt

takes the over, Avi G and Josh take the under. Looks

- So close! The O's manage to take 5 out of 7 from the ChokeSox, but still finish with 69 wins....that may be somebody's lucky number, but apparently, not mine.like 2 sandwiches for me!

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Felix Pie - will he ever have a 25/40 season? Matt says Yes, Cantor says No.

- Pie gets renewed life this year with the Cleveland Indians.... Perhaps this is the year?

---------------------------------------------------------

Mets vs Orioles - better 2011 rec
ord. Matt takes the O's, Avi takes the Mets.

- Did I say 2011? I meant 2012! I'm up for this one again.....the Mets may not have Jose Reyes, but the O's still have K King Mark Reynolds...

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Higher on the Yahoo player rater at the end of 2011.... Matt takes Billy Butler, D
onny G takes Pedro Alvarez
- As shitty as Billy Butler was for me, and he was diarrheatastic, Pedro Alvarez was worse... way worse. Can't look it up now, as Yahoo has taken the site down, but I'll put another sandwich on the fact that I won this bet...

--------------------------------------------------------------

CC Sabathia and AJ Burnett Ove
r/Under 31.5 Wins - Shmu takes the over, Matt takes the Under
- With 19 for CC (although, from the looks of him, he's more like a DDD), and 11 from CC, it looks like I set the line for this one just right.... Rack up another sandwich for me!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hanley vs Tulo - Higher 2011 finish on Yahoo player rater - Avi G takes Tulo, Donny G takes Hanley
- Ummm....yeah..... way to pick Hanley first Donny G. We all knew Tulo was the better pick! :)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ichiro Over/Under 6 HR's - Avi G takes the under, Donny G takes the over...
- And the final number comes in at 5....once again, big brother is feasting thanks to little bro's belief that Ichiro's BP power would translate to the games....you know, in just his 11th major league season!

------------------------------------------------

Gordon Beckham vs Starlin Castro - Higher on the Yahoo player rater at the end of 2011. Matt says it's Mr. Posh, Cantor says it's the Communist Dictator.... Avi G. also took the Beckham side of the bet..... Avi and I thought the rookie Castro still had a few years until he reached his peak....
Man, were we wrong....

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And finally.....Arod vs Bautista - most HR's in 2011. Josh takes Bautista, Matt takes A-rod. 16, 15, 15, 12, 3, 13, 54. Yes, these were Jose Bautista's HR totals before last year. I bet on the 54 being the outlier, but I guess he's still on whatever he was on....

--------------------------------------------

My finally tally has the current ledger as:

Shmu owes Matt 2

Matt owes Avi 2

Matt owes Josh 1

Matt owes Cantor 1

Donny owes Matt 1

Donny owes Avi 2

Avi owes Cantor 1

I think that's it for now. Looking forward to paying some of these off, and adding some more....
